Dr. Steve Costuma
Born and raised in Southern California, I have been in the animal care industry since the age of 16, starting out as a Kennel Attendant. After receiving my degree in 2002 from the University of California, Davis, I have been fortunate to know and help many great pets and their beloved owners. I've practiced veterinary medicine in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and now Riverside County.
At the end of 2010, my wife, Megan, and I moved from Orange County to Murrieta where I became the proud owner of Ark Animal Hospital. Since then we have happily planted roots in this beautiful city and are now raising two wonderful sons, Logan 10 and Jason 6 along with our 4 year old adopted kitty, Mr. Beans.
Welcoming your new puppy or kitten is never routine and is always a joy for me. Equally, I celebrate the bond between our older pets and their families who seem to always have great 'tails' to share.
I am so very thankful to my staff and clients that have continued to support our hospital over the years. I am honored to serve this wonderful community.
